We are one of the leading Lubrication distribution companies in the UK and are able to provide a complete range of the highest quality grease nipples and grease guns complete with fast turn-around availability from our extensive warehouse.
Ashtons’ exclusivity with its manufacturer offers you access to the widest grease nipple range worldwide and all grease nipples are manufactured according to international standards DIN, ISO, SAE,BS and JIS.
We can supply approximately 70 thread types and 1,500 different designs made of zinc-plated steel, brass and stainless steel.
Our range of Grease Guns has the unique twin-lock system to prevent dummy lubrication and our range is enhanced through the number of accessories that we are able to provide. These include Tubes, Hoses, Connectors, Oil Cans and Barrel Pumps as well as a range of plastic products including jugs and funnels.

Our Extension tubes, which come in both straight and bent type, allow easy tool-less installation by hand. The polyamid wing nut guarantees maximum sealing action and allows you to point the cranked connector to any desired direction.

FILLING SYSTEM FOR GREASE GUNS
With the Ashton Seals grease filling system every grease gun equipped with a DIN-filler nipple can be filled with grease easily and securely through the oblique filling connection from the bucket.
The Ashton Seals grease filling system, due to the variable screw fastening, protects the content of the grease bucket from soiling with a loose cover. It also permits a control of the capacity without problems. A locking valve prevents leaking.

Various types for special purposes also available in brass or stainless steel V2A. Ashton Seals hydraulic type lubricating nipples have a tapered thread. The head diameter is 6.5-0.2 mm (0.256"-0.008")

Hydraulic Type with Check Valve

Straight version (180°). The head dimensions correspond to DIN/ISO for hydraulic type lubricating nipples. A special check valve allows this hydraulic type nipple to seal the lubricating point completely after the greasing operation. Internal impulse-like pressure up to 1000 bar (14,500PSI) can be retained. The grease nipple has cylindrical thread and is sealed by a bonded seal at the collar (supplied as an option only) M16 X 1.5 |

Used to vent gears, and to provide pressure relief in universal joints. Made of steel, case hardened, zinc plated and passivated.
